›Is Thoth free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you find an idea, make a business plan, and chat with Thoth, with a monthly limit on AI messages and web searches. Paid plans unlock the website builder, store, smarter AI, and higher limits.
›I didn't get my confirmation or password reset email.
Check your spam or promotions folder and wait a few minutes. Make sure you open the link on the same device and browser you used to request it. Still nothing? Email us and we'll sort it out.
›How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password?", or go straight to reset your password.
›Can I start over with a different business?
Yes. In Settings you can go back to idea selection or delete the current business and start fresh.
›How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, businesses, and published sites.
›Does Thoth spend money or post anything for me?
No. Thoth drafts and suggests, but anything that costs money, publishes your site, or sends a message needs you to confirm it first.
›I'm under 18. Can I use Thoth?
If you're 13 or older, yes, with a parent or guardian's permission. Taking payments or paying for a plan needs an account holder who is 18 or older.
